New series
The message for me in each area of my life this month has been to ‘slow down’, allow the flow, to do less and to do it with your full attention. In my cooking, I’ve been taking the time to create simple, seasonal and warming slow-cooked stews; in my yoga, I have been focusing on the bandhas, moving less but moving deeply; as a mum, I’ve been choosing more house-bound activities for the children, and in my own health I’ve been gravitating to earlier nights. This has brought with it a greater awareness of needing to adapt these areas of life to the nature of the monthly cycle, too.
