ACCEPT THE UNACCEPTED
Last month, we looked at finding equanimity in how our bodies feel and what they need. This month, we’re exploring finding equanimity in terms of how and what we eat. But what does this actually mean? Essentially, it means creating acceptance around how the food we eat serves us on a holistic level. Acceptance is the key to flow in life; to fewer ups and downs, less reaction and a more considered response. So far, we’ve created greater awareness, now it’s time to practise acceptance for true nutritional transformation.
