‘IN TERMS OF FITNESS, your body runs on two systems: musculoskeletal and cardiovascular. It’s important to consider both systems when exercising, as many people focus on one, not the other. Make sure to do some exercise that builds strength (musculoskeletal) and some exercise that makes you out of breath (cardiovascular). This includes your typical blend of resistance (weight) training alongside running or cycling.
