14 DJI Mavic Air
The Mavic Air is the third model in this range following
the Pro and Pro Platinum. The Air positions itself between
the Pro and Spark models and claims to be the, “Most
portable three-axis gimbal 4K camera drone.” To fi nd
out our own thoughts, head straight to page 14
26 Blade Inductrix FPV +
Bigger motors, increased capacity battery, larger frame,
longer propellers and a new red colour scheme, the little
yellow Inductrix FPV has a new bigger brother and this
red version is better than ever
40 Propel Star Wars
Propel has added a range of licensed Star Wars
models that will appeal to the general public, collectors,
newcomers to the hobby, as well as those already
enjoying fl ying drones. Shaun Garrity has been involved
with demonstrating these stunning models so who better
to review the X-Wing and Tie Fighter
44 Blade Vortex 230 Mojo
Once again Blade has teamed up with drone racing
legends ImmersionRC and the end result is the Vortex
230 Mojo FPV racer that features Spektrum technology.
As a Bind-N-Fly model, we simply grabbed a Spektrum
transmitter, charged up a LiPo and were up and fl ying in
super quick time!
50 Rage Stinger 240
Targeting the entry-level sector of the hobby, the Stinger
sits at the top of the toy-grade sector of the drone market
and is priced accordingly. That said, it does offer the
pilot a great fl ight as we found out after putting the top
of the range Stinger 240 to the test

Features
10 Nuremberg Take Two
Following on from our initial review of most of the new
items on show at the annual Nuremberg Toy Fair in DZ
16, in this issue we have the second instalment and
more exciting items we found in Germany...
36 Diary of a Newbie
This issue’s column by Shaun Taylor sees him combine
his love of drones and FPV fl ying with RC cars as he
mounts a Micro Drone 3.0 FPV camera onto a number
of RC vehicles as he shows off a new direction for
driving
