Slimming World personal trainer Fiona Morrison has put together a beginner’s 15-minute circuit you can do in your front room, with no special equipment or fitness knowledge required. ‘As well as increasing your heart rate, which is great for your overall health and fitness, this workout will help strengthen your body and leave you feeling more energised,’ says Fiona. Complete the circuit twice in each session, three times a week for four weeks, and not only will you be eligible for your Bronze Body Magic award in group, you’ll also start to enjoy the health and emotional benefits that regular exercise brings. Not bad for 45 minutes a week.
