A few thoughts about high raw diets

Balancing a high raw diet in line with the UK’s Eatwell Guide can be tricky. There are some extra nutritional considerations to be factored in if you eat a lot of raw food, as well as having to avoid animal products as well, of course. Also, it’s worth bearing in mind that making room for health-promoting wholegrains and legumes can help you to get the most out of your diet.
