I t’s the season of 10Ks, and my running group have well and truly caught the bug. In total, 12 of us entered various 10Ks for the same day in May: the Darent Valley 10K in Kent; the London Superhero Run in Regent’s Park; and the Royal Parks Summer Series 10K in Greenwich.
