These are a total game changer. If you’re one of the one-in-three women who experience light to moderate bladder leaks or light incontinence, you’ll love them, and they’re also suitable for days when you have your period. The shorts look good and are comfortable, the cut is feminine and fl attering but quite snug so I’d recommend going one size up. They have side pockets and a back zipped pocket and the fabric feels lovely on the skin. The inner underwear layer soaks up any leakage or sweat thanks to its moisture-wicking technology which means they remain bone dry throughout your run.

The RunThrough On the Run vest is a ladies-fi t vest, with a full closed back instead of the open racer style. It has a white panel at the rear of the neck with added ventilation. Once you get out in it, you quickly realise it’s a good quality top, and suitable for running in all seasons as it covers you up well, as well as being slightly heavier than some of the very thin summer tops. It has a gorgeous pleat at the back and a small high-vis logo on the front. I tested the size L and it fi tted really well; the fi t is designed to be snug as it’s made from spandex and polyester so if you want a looser fi t, I’d size up. It feels comfy and gives the cool wicking you need for summer runs. All in all, a great product for those wanting a bit more coverage from their vest top, and it’s also excellent value for money.
