What’s the hardest race you’ve ever done?
The World Triathlon Championship Series Grand Final in Pontevedra. It may seem strange as I won the world title there, but I just didn’t feel great. I was cramping from swimming in cold water and on the bike, I felt very cold. It took until the seventh or eighth lap on the bike until I felt better, so I found that very hard as there was so much on the line. Thankfully, I was feeling good by the time I got on the run.
