While this is not a run coat, it is a perfect runners’ coat. See what I did there? If you’re in the market for a new coat this winter, look no further because this will steal your heart on numerous accounts. First, the Omni-Heat Infinity gold foil lining reflects body warmth back atcha and makes it so very warm to wear. Secondly, the filling is made from 700-fill goose down insulation and gives that next-level cosiness you get from a natural fibre. Thirdly, the fleece-lined pockets are the kind of excellent hosts who never want you to leave. Fourth, it’s big and puffy but still flattering due to a nifty cut that goes subtly in and out and gives a nice shape from the back. Fifth (this is getting long), the water-resistant fabric makes it useable on most winter days, and sixth, this white/orange colourway gives it a winter-sports/active feel that I love. Although it says it’s for urban use, you’ll have to prise it off my shivering body on the slopes because it oozes alpine chic. Pricey but oh-so nicey.
