PLASTIC PROBLEM
I’ve recently subscribed to your magazine. My May 2018 issue arrived in its plastic bag with a few leaflets inside. The leaflets promptly went to my recycling bin, the plastic envelope to the bin, as it’s currently not recyclable. So imagine my shock to then read the Editor’s Letter discussing the plastic problem and how to be more environmentally conscious! Is there any way you can stop sending the magazines in plastic bags and instead use paper envelopes, which can be recycled? My son’s magazines come in paper envelopes, as children’s media outlets are very aware of their environmental impact. Time for WR to do the same please?
