Stop no.3 in the #blandsontour is Newquay and hitting Mr B’s childhood holiday haunts with the in-laws. Gorgeous weather and some stunning views. Not quite sure how I’m going to find somewhere for the 6x 5mins alternating threshold and 10k pace tomorrow. It’s pretty hilly along this coast. Mr B is currently campaigning to do it on the beach… crazy man. I think it’s going to be an effort level thing! Gotta earn the ice-creams, right?!
