These brilliant high-intensity lights (below) that clip on to your shoes not only give off a bright beam when running, but an extra cross strap makes them stay in place as you move. You can set them to either flashing or static mode and they’re also water resistant so suitable for any weather. The vest (right) gives fantastic visibilityility and I felt extremely safe wearing it when visibility was low. It gives a solid eight hours of battery life and is re-chargeable, it’s very lightweight, flexible and comfy to wear and there’s a choice of three settings; static, flashing or fast flicker mode.
