Why not try kale, which is packed with nutrients and antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and remove harmful free radicals from the body? It’s also high in fibre, which helps with digestion and satiety. Kale is high in vitamins A and C.

Broccoli is packed with antioxidants and nutrients that have many health benefits, especially vitamin C.
