Breathing, like sleeping or the beating of your heart, is one of life’s basic functions that we often take for granted. Yet without it we would cease to be. As we breathe we’re giving life force to our body, flooding our cells with the gasses we need to produce the energy we need to survive. Our breath can naturally cleanse our organs, make us feel calmer and more centred – and if we harness our breath in the right way it can positively impact the way we run.
