If you want to invest in one quality piece of kit for triathlon or duathlon, this would be my choice. The first time I wore it for a swim I didn’t realise it was see-through, so since then I swim with a sports bra. It’s so thin it feels like another layer of skin, is seamless and so there’s no distraction. Best point? The pad is small enough that it doesn’t feel bulky for your run. It’s super tight, and brilliant for aerodynamics, so in high heat keep moving otherwise you feel very hot very quickly!
