“Maisie is an absolute joy: intelligent, placid, and happy, despite problems with primary lens luxation (PLL), which first occurred in 2016. Unfortunately, when she was born, the DNA test for this gene was not available; she has since had to have her left eye removed, but she has always remained a very happy dog. Despite seeing many Heelers loving water, that is one of her pet hates. She’s a real trouper, always obedient, and really loyal as are most of the breed.”
