It’s fair to say that 2020 has not been an easy year for veterinary practices.

Since the COVID-19 lockdown started in March, we have had to rapidly change the services we offer and the way we offer them, to maintain the safety of our teams, our patients, and our clients. I have even learned to take payments with the card machine!

Although times have been tough, most small animal practices are weathering the storm. Some are even embracing new technologies, and will continue to offer more telephone and video consultations even when COVID-19 is a distant memory.
