ABOUT CAT
Vet Cat Henstridge graduated from Bristol University in 2003 and is one of the vets on the CBBC show ‘The Pets Fac tor ’. A regular on television and radio, Cat is also a published author and writes ar ticles for various veterinar y and non-veterinary publications. She enjoys a significant social media presence as Cat The Vet, and is passionate about promoting animal welfare and acting as an advocate for her profession.
Q Tell us about your first dog.
“Our first dog was a beautiful black Labrador called Molly. She was bred by a family friend about a mile down the road and I still remember the excitement of that short car journey home with her on my knee. She was just the best: calm, kind, patient, and occasionally naughty, especially in her younger years.”
