into the ‘new normal’ and the world
begins to heal, we must now begin to
heal ourselves and learn how to support
each other moving forward.
There has been a lot of change to deal with,
and it can be hard to know how to help a loved
one navigate difficult life events, such as grief or
redundancy. If you’re in that position, turn to page 26
where our expert shows us how to do it the right way.
Change can occur in friendships too – as we go through life’s milestones,
keeping relationships the same isn’t always possible. Find out on page 15
