Selling your home and buying a new property on the open market can be extremely stressful, exhausting, time consuming and expensive but what if there was another way? Many retired people find that they are rattling around in a large house while their children struggle to get further up the property ladder, perhaps stuck in a small flat or terraced home that they and their family have long-since outgrown.
