I absolutely love the craft papers that we have included for you with this edition.
We know that elegant ladies and cute owls are among your favourite themes and this edition brings you both. Our first set, A winter’s walk, in icy blues and warming red and oranges, consists of beautiful ladies all wrapped up to enjoy the cold season in elegant clothing. Beautiful winter scenes of snowy trees and a hint of ice staking in the backing papers completes the set. The second set, Patchwork prints, features backing papers with a colourful yet seasonal palette and the feel of cosy blankets. Coordinating patchwork owls with decoupage elements and owl families completes this cute collection.

We’ve been sure to include many varied projects this month. Throughout the magazine you will find many different techniques for you to try. Ornamental clay features unique floral toppers created by manipulating white clay, an unusual technique that is not often
teamed with card craft but can give some wonderful results. Trio of techniques uses a firm favourite – stamping teamed with embossing and Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, a really fun product to
use, to create heart embellishments that really stand out. Elsewhere Arty arches uses embossing paste through a stencil teamed with the application of metallic wax to create an elegant look.
Further projects include decoupage, folding and more stamping ensuring there’s something for everyone!
