New research from Get PRO has revealed that burpees are officially the UK’s least favourite exercise, enjoyed by less than 1% of the population. The study also found that over a third of Brits start skipping workouts come winter (37%), while 27% have less time to exercise due to pressures to take part in winter festivities.
If you’re one of the many who find dark days bring a dip in motivation, the solution might be to focus on the short and sharp end of the workout spectrum – which, incidentally, is exactly where burpees tie in.
