If you have an iPhone, you won’t be able to buy a Samsung Watch. If, however, you have an Android phone, Apple Watches are out of the question. Third-party options, such as Garmin, Huawei, and Withings, will usually work with Android and iOS smartphones, though some features might be specific to certain operating systems
– so do your research first. If you aren’t sold on the idea of frequently charging your smartwatch, then you should avoid Apple and Samsung watches. Even the longest-lasting options – the Apple Watch Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro – require a charge every few days. Garmin, Huawei and Withings watches all last much longer on a single charge.
