This month we have two more sets of ‘cool’ decals from Iliad in Canada. This month’s sheets provide markings for T-33s and Bf 110s. At the time of writing, the only T-33 kit in stock at Hannants to suit these decals is the pricy Great Wall Hobby examples. There must be plenty lurking in people’s stashes. Maybe these decals will tempt a T-33 kit move towards some work benches. As for the Bf 110, there is plenty of choice.

Cool Camo T-birds

■ T-33A, 80540 ‘Jaws’ with the 57th FIS USAF at Keflavik in Iceland in 1975. This is a great scheme based on the SE Asia camouflage scheme of Tan, Medium Green, Dark Green on the upper sides with Light Grey undersides and a shark’s mouth on the nose. The colourful areas are in International Orange on the tail areas and the outer wing-tip tanks.
