Synths are exploding in hardware, you know that, but they are also developing in all sorts of other directions and it’s going to be hard to keep tabs on where the synth is going in the coming years. Yes we’ve seen a resurgence in traditional analogue synths, with remakes of all sorts of classics and a modular craze that doesn’t look like ending any time soon.
