Typhoon Jebi sends enormous waves toward a ishing port on September 4. The storm, with winds approaching 130 miles per hour, left 11 people dead and 600 injured. It capped a summer marred by dangerous weather in the country: In July, more than 200 people were killed in loods and landslides and over 130 died in heat waves
