From the Lake Blue Sunbeam Alpine Series II he drove in Dr. No (1962) to the Pangea Green Land Rover III he drives in No Time to Die (2020), James Bond is a man of many superior vehicles. None have proved more durable than the Aston Martin DB5, a luxury grand tourer that first appeared in EON Productionsʼ third Bond film, Goldfinger, in 1964. Various versions of the Q-enhanced conveyance are also featured in Thunderball (1965), GoldenEye (1995), Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), Casino Royale (2006), Skyfall (2012), Spectre (2015), and the forthcoming No Time To Die. This quintessential Bond automobile was also set to make a cameo in The World Is Not Enough (1999), but the scenes featuring it were cut prior to the filmʼs distribution.
