Music everywhere proves we are awash with talent

WHAT a fabulous weekend we’ve had. The good weather brought everyone out - and made them happy - so what more could you ask for, writes Oban ambassador Kay MacDonald.

I was lucky enough to bump into a wandering accordionist called ‘Jock the Box’ who was really entertaining. I’d never heard Highway to Hell played on the accordion before and I loved it.

We were also lucky enough to have a young piper busking at Chalmers corner with more traditional fare, which was fantastic and could be heard all along George Street.
