POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a Fort William shop was broken into and a ‘three figure sum’ stolen.
Sometime between Boxing Day and January 6, thieves forced entry into Henry’s Sweet shop on the High Street and made off with the cash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed a crow bar had been used to gain access and told The Oban Times: ‘Henry’s sweet shop was targeted over the festive period.
