A LOCHABER support group hopes to be in its new premises, Dalnahaine, the old Nevis Bank Nursery Building, in June.
A Lochaber Hope spokesperson said: ‘We are very excited about our move and keen to grow the counselling and employability support and start the new projects we have planned including a women’s space, mums and babies and social and well-being. Too many people have invisible conditions and illnesses and we want to make provisions for people with patience, understanding and opportunities to share and develop skills and learning.’
Lochaber Hope has raised £15,000 of its £20,000 target and would be delighted to receive ‘in kind’ support for alterations to the new building, such as flooring, lighting, sanitary ware or paint.
