Work on vital bridge nears completion

WORK to improve a vital community link in Fort William could be completed this week.

The Highland Council hopes the £300,000 revamp of the Soldiers Bridge, which crosses the River Lochy between Black Parks Road, Inverlochy, and Lochyside, will be finished this week.

The bridge, which connects people on the National Cycle Network route 78, the Caledonia Way, would then hopefully be open to the public.
