Oban parents campaign for Gaelic school

OBAN parents have launched a campaign for a dedicated Gaelic-medium school.

The parent council says it has received support from both Bòrd na Gàidhlig and the Scottish Government.

Parents of Oban’s Gaelic pupils have asked Argyll and Bute Council to develop a consultation on the future of Gaelic education in Scotland in order to apply for funding.
