TUPPING time is upon us, as is the cold weather and snow. Must have been me talking of having too much grass last month.

We have weighed and condition-scored all our ewes last week, and allocated them in their respective tupping groups. Overall, the ewes are in good condition, reflecting the good grass growth we had through summer and autumn and especially the prolonged period of unusually dry weather over the past few months.
