Fair winds for Oban Town Dinghy Regatta

Two races were sailed on Saturday afternoon in light winds after a short postponement, which saw the wind swing through 180 degrees twice in about 20 minutes. Both Fast Class races were won by Andrew Chapman in his Laser Zzaapp, followed by Andrew Petrie also in a Laser.

The Slow Class saw two different winners. The first race one was won by Ewan Shearer in a Pico from Mandy Peden and Irena Chapman in a Feva, with these positions swapping for race two. Archie White in his Topper, Red Rocket was third in both races.
