Taynuilt man’s dangerous driving leads to road ban

COURT NEWS

A TAYNUILT man has been banned from the road for 12 months after being found guilty of dangerous driving.

George Thomson, of Clachma-Nessaig, Airds Bay, Taynuilt, denied driving dangerously on the A85 between Tyndrum and Arrivain on October 17, 2015, by crossing double white lines to enter the opposite carriageway, and later, while overtaking, entering the opposing carriageway without clear sight of the road ahead on the approach to a blind bend.
