NHS 24 and hospital staff were fantastic


I recently had to access NHS 24 on its new telephone number 111 on a Sunday to obtain the emergency extraction of an abscessed decayed molar, with the added complication of having suffered anaphylactic shock some years ago.

The courteous, prompt, efficient, friendly and kindly service I received from NHS 24 and Lorn and Islands District General Hospital in Oban, the accident and emergency department, Sister Jane White and her staff, and dentist Sam Wood and his staff was exemplary.
