On behalf of Blythswood Care, a huge thank you to all who contributed to the very successful 2017 Shoe Box Appeal. We were delighted to be able to send up to our depot at Deephaven 763 shoe boxes for onward distribution to Romania.
Your gifts contained in the shoe boxes are a vital contribution to this project delivering boxes to some of the poorest people in Europe and Asia. Last winter the appeal delivered its two-millionth box to a boy with Down’s syndrome in a remote village in Romania.
