A CARER who stole jewellery from an 83-year-old woman has been ordered to pay back £1,000.
Rosemarie Morrison, 36, of 10 Marine Court, Dunbeg, admitted stealing jewellery from the woman’s home, while acting as her carer, between April and July last year. Sentence had been deferred for reports.
Defence agent Edward Thornton said Morrison ‘has taken responsibility and expressed shame and remorse’ for ‘this nasty and mean conduct’.
