A MAN found slumped at the steering wheel of his car outside the gates of the recycling centre at Fort William has been banned from driving for a year and fined £360.
Edward Adams, of Ardnevis Road, Claggan, Fort William, appeared in Fort William Sheriff Court on Thursday July 20 after after pleading guilty to being unfit to drive through drink or drugs on December 1 last year.
The court heard Adams, 59, an electrician with NHS Highland, had been found slumped at the steering wheel of his car outside the gates of the recycling centre at Fort William.
