FIVE Ballet West students have been selected to compete among the top 100 dancers in the world.
They will compete in the 2016 Royal Academy of Dance’s (RAD) annual Genée International Ballet Competition, which will take place in Sydney, Australia, in December.
The five competitors are Karen Ferry, 18, from Edinburgh; Rebecca Strain, 19, from Ontario, Canada; Emma Thomas, 18, from Reading, Berkshire; Oscar Ward, 18, from Nottingham; and Evange lyn Wong, 18, from Singapore.
