Acharacle Community Council meets

ACHARACLE Community Council met on Tuesday February 27, the first meeting of the council after its reformation.

Among the items discussed were: Co-option of councillor: David Ogg noted that David John Cameron has previously been a co-opted member and has indicated his willingness to continue in that capacity. David John Cameron confirmed and David Ogg proposed that he is formally elected at the next meeting.

David Ogg invited further nominations as the community council can have up to two co-opted councillors and Shona Ritchie came forward. Both will be formally co-opted at the next meeting. David Ogg thanked them for their service to the community.
