Double initiative brings hope for those in crisis

mgibson@obantimes.co.uk

VULNERABLE people living in Lochaber could enjoy a new sense of hope thanks to the launch of two initiatives.

Born out of the needs of local residents, Lochaber Hope provides help for people to cope with a wide range of sensitive and personal issues.

Creative writing courses are scheduled to begin on January 11 as part of the women’s space programme. Taking part are, left to right, Catherine Morrison, Andrea Macdonald, Alyson Smith and Dani Drummond. Below: Alexander Ogilvie and Iona Crew signal hope for the future with peer mentoring for 16- to 24-year-olds.
