Peninsula could be private film set for another year

REALITY PROGRAMME COMPANY WANTS TO EXTEND LAND ACCESS BAN

A RULING preventing public access to an area of Ardnamurchan may be extended until 2018.

KEO films, the makers of reality programme Eden which is currently being filmed on land south west of Ardtoe, have asked for their film set to remain for a further year.

The London-based outfit applied for and were granted a land order restricting access to their 600 acre ‘set’ to film the show in which 23 individuals or ‘contributors’ attempt to build a community from scratch.
