Running in rubber making up around 75% of most swimrun events so not only is it worth ensuring you are run fit but also that you have the more practical aspects of running in neoprene nailed. Losing a hat because you didn’t stash it away properly is one thing, but getting chafed around your nether regions will definitely affect your enjoyment and performance. So, get your swimrun kit on and go out and practise, whatever your friends and neighbours think.
