WHY USE SWIMMING TRAINING EQUIPMENT? I BELIEVE TRAINING AIDS HAVE THREE CORE FUNCTIONS:
1. IMPROVE FITNESS
2. IMPROVE TECHNIQUE
3. HAVE FUN (PROVIDE VARIETY)
You can train satisfactorily without any equipment, so don’t blow the budget thinking it’s a must. But training equipment can enhance, support and provide an excellent return – as long as you use the right equipment in the right context at the right time.
