Pacenotes Rally magazine Issue 116 - Oct 2013 Back Issue

Our October issue is ON SALE NOW.

Marty McCormack and Phil Clarke became RAC Champions for 2013 and we celebrate his victory on the Red Kite Historic Stages that clinched this years title.

Osian Pryce and Dale Furniss won a superb Todds Leap Rally NI, becoming the youngest winner since a certain Jari Matti Latvala. We also report on the Ulster Rally where Garry Jennings and Rory Kennedy took the spoils to maintain their attack on the Tarmac Championship.

Our featured car this month is the beautiful Ford Escort MkII of Bangor’s Chris Rogan.

We sent Xav to Scotland to meet the latest flavour in Rallying, Amy Williams MBE where the Olympic Gold Medal winner has embarked on a journey to contest this years Wales Rally GB alongside Sky F1 pundit Tony Jardine.

We report on the Merrick Stages where Euan Thorburn keeps his Scottish title aspirations alive with a deserved victory over David Bogie. We also nip back to the PPG Group Sunset Rally where Derek McGeehan brought out his Mini WRC to take a win.

The Woodpecker Stages features too, where Connor McCloskey took the win in his Subaru to remain in the hunt for the BTRDA title. We have a great photo page as well from the Woodpecker as well as a Class round up.

Martin Holmes takes us back in time, with a look at the Toyota Celica Twin Cam Turbo, that very few people actually drove. Mostly contesting Middle East based events; they are still a very popular Gp B car.

Galway Summer Rally drops in with a report in this month’s edition, where Hugh Hunter took victory in the Subaru WRC, and we have a full class round up as well.

Our other rally reports take us all over the UK, and this month include the Promenade and Prima Rallies, the Ulster National, Moneyglass, Ulster Historics, Tyrone Stages, Jim Walsh Cork Forestry, Mewla Rally as well as a few more.

Don’t forget that Pacenotes is also available as an iPad Magazine, so you can take us with you anywhere in the world.
