The all-in-one gods have decreed that value-focused 27in units sit in 2026’s sweet spot: along with the Medion opposite, this month I also tested Acer’s even cheaper Aspire C27-2. I would spend the extra £121 on the Medion every day of the week, but keep reading if you’re keen (some might say desperate) to save cash.
Don’t worry about the difference in benchmark speed between the two machines. The Aspire doesn’t have the sprightliness of the Medion in Windows, but it’s more than fast enough to tackle mainstream tasks. That’s primarily due to the four performance P-cores in the Core i5-13420H processor – launched in early 2023 – which each support Hyper- Threading so you have a dozen threads to throw at demanding apps.
