MENSTRUAL CYCLE AFFECTS SLEEP
Do you struggle to run when it’s your period? Research undertaken at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, has shown that women are more likely to experience sleep disruption in the days leading up to their period. The findings suggest women need to practise good sleep hygiene at this time; so turn off your gadgets an hour beforehand, and try simple meditations to quieten your mind.
