When did you first encounter Sega Rally, and what did you make of it?
“Probably in an arcade in Weston-Super-Mare. For the time it was so realistic, the physics and the sensation that you got from the force feedback was amazing. You could almost feel the texture of the road surface and knew instinctively when you were about to slide out. I think that my friend and I spent a small fortune trying to best each other. We were hooked from the first play and could not stop until we mastered Lakeside.”
